Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage
- 2 cups “complete” pancake mix (or use your favorite “from scratch” recipe)
- 1 c of water
- 1/4 c maple syrup
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional. cheese? why must every breakfast item include cheese in the ingredients?)
Directions
- preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Cook your sausage
- prepare pancake mix batter with syrup, water, and cheese(?) (or from scratch)
- add your cooked sausage into your batter
- place batter into muffin baking pan (use whatever size)
- bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown
