Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 12 ounces frozen vegetables
- 1/2 pound potatoes, diced
- 1/3 cup onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 15 ounces crushed or diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons salt (or more)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil of your choice
Instructions
- Crumble the ground meat as it cooks. Add onion.
- Drain the grease and add the beef to the slow cooker.
- Add all the remaining ingredients. Stir to mix well.
- Cook HIGH 3-4 hour or LOW 6-8.
