Ingredients:
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
- 1 (20-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 (15-ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, halved
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream (or Greek yogurt) and whipped topping. Stir until smooth.
- Add the marshmallows, pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, shredded coconut, maraschino cherries, and nuts, if using.
- Gently fold the ingredients together until evenly coated in the creamy mixture.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to let flavors meld.
- Before serving, give it a gentle stir and garnish with extra cherries or nuts if desired.
