In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and beef sausage until browned. Drain excess fat. Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Place pie crust into a deep-dish pie pan. Spread half the cheese over the crust. Add half of the cooked meat mixture, then spread half of the pizza sauce. Layer half of the pepperoni. Repeat with remaining meat, sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly, and crust edges are golden
