Mayonaise

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon white Vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 cup light vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper optional

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a jar with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy.
Taste and add more salt and/or vinegar as desired and mix well.

Stores in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
