Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups Complete Pancake Mix
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lb uncooked breakfast sausage
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Convection. In a large bowl, hand mix everything until well combined.
- Once everything is well combined use a cookie scoop to scoop out the sausage balls. About quarter size is good. These do rise slightly during bake.
- Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper and place sausage balls on the sheet pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-23 (22) minutes.
- Yields about 48-50 balls.
- Serve with maple syrup for dipping
- sausage balls may be refrigerated or frozen, but there likely will not be any left over.
