Unscented, dye free

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated Castile soap – Dr. Bronner’s – Kirks Castile
  • 1 cup Borax – 20 Mule Team
  • 1 cup washing soda- Arm & Hammer Super washing soda

    • Instructions

    1. Melt grated soap flakes into about 4 cups hot water on stove – DO NOT BOIL.
    2. Fill half 5 gallon bucket with hottest tap water available.
    3. pour melted soap mixture into bucket.
    4. add 1 cup washing soda and 1 cup borax.
    5. stir for about 2 minutes.
    6. top off bucket with cold water.
    7. let sit over night to become gel.
    8. use approx. 1/2 cup per load.
